Hivemapper will accept most imagery globally as long as the images are collected between one-hour after sunrise to one-hour before sunset using the HDC or HDC-S Cameras. Hivemapper will accept images 24 hours with the new BEE LTE or Bee WIFI cameras. The cameras may not be mounted to two-wheel vehicles. Only four-wheel or greater.

Hivemapper Dashcams are not sold in China, Russia, Iran, North Korea and a few other countries. This mostly has to do with US Gov legal restrictions on exports of some of the technologies in the dashcam.
Rewards in China and Russia are not available at the moment. We must protect the personal privacy of contributors. Doing that is frankly more challenging in those countries. Maybe in the future we can revisit this, but for now we are erring on the side of personal privacy and safety.
Hivemapper will currently accept imagery from ONE front facing camera only mounted on four wheel vehicles or vehicles with more than four wheels,

You can however add one camera to all vehicles you own and create a fleet of cameras collecting image data.
Currently, you are automatically paid every Thursday morning for images collected between the prior Monday through Sunday, The images must pass a quality assurance test through the Map AI. You are rewarded in $HONEY tokens. You can easily convert these tokens to a stable coin like $USDC or $USDT through the phantom wallet.
In the USA you can easily transfer $HONEY tokens to the Coinbase Exchange and then spend your earnings using a debit card or transfer your earnings to a bank account.
The earnings for mapping using a Hivemapper depend on a variety of factors. Including the value of your region, how many km's you mapped, how many other participants in your region.
At the time of this posting the average seems to be around one $Honey token per km if you are the first to map them for the week and you are in a named region.
However, this is anecdotal based on the performance of a single fleet of drivers and may not be typical.
So a driver with one camera driving 250km a week would earn about 250 $Honey tokens in our experience. You can look up the current price of $Honey to find the cash value.
This can vary on the region you drive and how valuable it is compared to the rest of the globe based on what data users are buying.
